A healthy eating plan seeks to meet your body’s nutritional needs, giving you more energy and reduced weight (if necessary). When the body is well-nourished, it naturally regains its equilibrium and heals by itself.

By combining mindful movement, breathing and visualisation we improve the flow of life-force energy in the body and stimulate the body's natural ability to heal and increase immunity.

1. Personalized Online Sessions: Participants will have access to one-on-one sessions with a qualified nutritionist and mindfulness instructor to create a personalized plan.

2. Online Courses: Videos, articles and exercises will be available to learn about healthy nutrition and mindfulness.

3. Support Community: The participants have the possibility to connect, share experiences and provide mutual support on the WhatsApp group.

Hi! I am Sandra, dedicated Yoga & Qigong practitioner, plant-based nutritionist & creator and founder at GrowGoodHabits. My approach is tailored specifically to individuals based on their health history and health goals. After getting to know each client I co-create a plan that is best suited for them and their unique needs. I believe that a hollistic approach is needed to achieve optimal welness.
My mission is to help you enhance your mental and physical health and overall well-being through three core pillars:
1) NUTRITION (Whole foods)
Research has shown that whole, unprocessed foods can alleviate symptoms of depression and anxiety, and even prevent and heal various physical ailments.
2) MINDFUL MOVEMENT (Yoga & Qigong)
Mindful movement allows us to check in with our bodies and get moving in a way that can help us lower stress, release stagnant energy and strengthen our mind-body connection. It's a great way to practice self-care by incorporating both mental and physical well-being. 
3) MEDITATION (Compassion training)

Meditation can help us catch ourselves in habitual reactions of non-acceptance so we can make an effort to change those reactions and take balanced inspired action to improve.

ABOUT ME: In 2016, I encountered a crossroads in life, grappling with the weight of work-induced stress and navigating a complex emotional landscape. Seeking refuge, I embraced the daily practice of yoga, which swiftly catalyzed profound change. Anxiety waned, depression found relief, relationships blossomed, and professional performance thrived. The path to holistic well-being didn't stop at yoga; it extended to my health journey. A diagnosis of gastritis prompted a determined dive into nutrition to sidestep medication. Later I discovered and became passionate about QiGong and Traditional Chinese Medicine. This personal transformation kindled my mission. Today, I'm fervently dedicated to empowering others on their own journeys, guiding them towards improved lifestyles and well-being through programs, workshops and personal coaching.
