Hi! I’m Sandra, a committed Yoga & Qigong practitioner, advocate for plant-based living, animal welfare and sustainability, and the visionary behind "Grow Good Habits."​

My journey into mindfulness and holistic wellness began in 2016 during a challenging period marked by work-induced stress and emotional upheaval. Desperate for relief, I embraced a daily yoga practice, which quickly catalyzed profound changes in my life. Anxiety waned, depression eased, relationships blossomed, and my professional performance improved. This experience deepened my passion for the powerful connection between mindfulness practices—like yoga and Qigong—and mental health and well-being.​

My path didn’t stop with yoga. A diagnosis of gastritis led me to explore the healing power of nutrition, prompting a shift to a plant-based diet that allowed me to bypass medication. My discovery of Qigong and Traditional Chinese Medicine further enriched my understanding of holistic health. These personal transformations inspired my mission: to empower others on their wellness journeys by helping them improve their lifestyle, mental and physical health.

By raising awareness and promoting mindful living, we can create a world where we live in harmony with nature and respect all sentient beings—a better world for ourselves and future generations.

 

 

In a world where stress, anxiety, and poor nutrition are rampant, my goal is to provide a service that not only improves individual health and well-being, but also contributes to a better society.

My approach is deeply personalized, tailored to the unique health history and goals of each individual. After getting to know you, we'll co-create a plan that suits you best.
My mission is to help you enhance your mental and physical health and overall well-being through three core pillars:
1) NUTRITION (Whole foods)
Research has shown that whole, unprocessed foods can alleviate symptoms of depression and anxiety, and even prevent and heal various physical ailments.
2) MINDFUL MOVEMENT (Yoga & Qigong)
Mindful movement allows us to check in with our bodies and get moving in a way that can help us lower stress, release stagnant energy and strengthen our mind-body connection. It's a great way to practice self-care by incorporating both mental and physical well-being. 
3) MEDITATION (Compassion training)

Meditation can help us catch ourselves in habitual reactions of non-acceptance so we can make an effort to change those reactions and take balanced inspired action to improve.

NUTRITION AND HOLISTIC HEALTH PROGRAM

Objectives of the Program:

1. Balanced Nutrition: Learn to eat to optimally nourish your body and mind, focusing on natural and unprocessed foods.

2. Awareness and Mindfulness: Develop awareness of your eating habits and the connection between your body and mind.

3. Overall Wellness: Achieve holistic wellness by integrating nutrition and mindfulness into your daily life.

   Procedure:

1. Personalized Online Sessions: Participants will have access to one-on-one sessions with a qualified nutritionist and mindfulness instructor to create a personalized plan.

2. Online Courses: Videos, articles and exercises will be available to learn about healthy nutrition and mindfulness.

3. Support Community: The participants have the possibility to connect, share experiences and provide mutual support on the WhatsApp group.
