Welcome, I’m Sandra,
 

Founder of Grow Good Habits — a holistic wellness space dedicated to mindful living, emotional well-being and healthier daily habits.

My journey into mindfulness and holistic wellness began during a period of chronic stress and emotional imbalance. Through yoga, Qigong, mindfulness and plant-based nutrition, I gradually transformed my physical and emotional well-being and deepened my understanding of the connection between mind, body and lifestyle.

Today, I offer holistic wellness coaching, mindful movement practices and workshops designed to help people reduce stress, restore balance and reconnect with themselves through gentle, sustainable lifestyle changes.

My approach combines mindful movement, mindfulness practices and holistic wellness coaching to support emotional balance, stress reduction and healthier daily habits in a gentle and sustainable way.

Rather than striving for perfection, my goal is to help people reconnect with themselves, cultivate self-awareness and create a more balanced and conscious way of living.

Qigong & Energy Flow

Qigong is a powerful tool for nervous system regulation. By synchronizing breath with movement, we restore the natural flow of energy and reduce chronic stress. This practice helps soften physical and mental tension, inviting a deeper quality of rest and improved sleep rhythms. As you move with intention, you feel more grounded and fully present within your body, allowing a sense of lasting calm to carry you through the challenges of everyday life.

Our approach to wellness is rooted in nature. We explore how plant-based habits and mindful eating support physical vitality and emotional balance.
